A line or two about the issue, and your macOS and Yokto versions where relevant, help us reply faster.
What are Yokto’s system requirements?
Yokto is a native Mac app and requires macOS 14 or later.
How does the free trial work?
You can try Yokto free for 14 days with full functionality. After that, you need an active subscription to log new time. Data you’ve already recorded stays readable and exportable even after the trial ends.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
If you set up Yokto on a new Mac or your subscription isn’t recognized, use “Restore Purchases” in Settings. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID.
Where is my data stored?
All data stays locally on your Mac. If you want, you can back it up and sync it across your devices through your own iCloud account. We have no access to it.
How do I get my time into an invoice?
Use CSV export to pull your entries — filtered by client, project, or date range — and use them in your invoicing or bookkeeping software.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID in System Settings or the App Store — not within Yokto itself.
